France is country with tradition and very rich history. Visting France will always be remembered by anybody and it is a destination number one in Europe.
Before you go you must be sure that you learn some basic phrases in French. The people there are proud of their language (as almost every big nation in the world) and expect you to be polite in their language for things like hello, goodby, thank you, good day, etc. French are not rude people, but when you walk to them and start speaking directly in foreign language (even if they know it) they may refuse to communicate with you. Of course at popular restaurants, historical places, etc is exception, but good manners never hurt.
The country has marvelous countryside which you must visit if possible. Historical castles and medieval towns are everywhere. The nature is also magnificient. Its no surprise people connect the words romance and love with France. Some of the largest cities worth visiting are Paris, Strasbourg, Lyon, Nice. You will not regret visiting France.
